Can I get a refund for a workshop I signed up for?
We cannot give refunds, but if notified within 48 hours of signing up we will give you a credit for another workshop.
Where is this workshop held?
These workshops are all virtual via Zoom. If you have not installed Zoom prior to signing up for a workshop, it can be found here.
What timezone is the class held in?
All classes are New York City time zone, and observe the daylight savings of that zone. If you need to see what time it will be in your timezone, please use this site.
Are these classes recorded?
Yes, all workshops are recorded, however due to privacy issues, only the demonstration and lecture portion of the class will be recorded unless all the participants agree to and ask for more.
What about the quality of the recording?
For your convenience, and as an added bonus, I offer a recording of the workshop, though its quality is not guaranteed. As it is via Zoom, the recording is not as hi-res as my Youtube videos.
When will I receive the Zoom link to join the workshop?
The Zoom link will be sent to all participants at least 24 hours prior to the first class.
Is there a materials list?
If a materials list is included, it will be automatically sent to all participants upon signing up or will be sent within 48 hours of signing up.
Can I resell the design? Can I sell anything I make from the patterns?
No, this is an infringement of copyright law and is not allowed. These designs, templates, patterns and instructions are for your personal use ONLY, and cannot be made for resale.
We encourage you to tell others about the classes though so that they can learn too!
Can I pay with a personal check?
No, but you can pay through a wire transfer and will see that option upon checkout. All of our payment options are handled by a third party and have protections to ensure they are safe.
Where can I see my bookings?
As you are booking through Woocommerce, it will be listed in your Woocommerce list. My webteam is developing a solution to list workshops seperately, but please check your invoices to be sure you’re not double ordering.
